We have many different level of service and levels of care depending on what is needed for your event.

EMT-Medical Stand-By

1 EMT that sets up a Medical Aid Station. All of our EMT’s are Nationally Certified and go through a detailed training program to insure only the best in Emergency Medical Services. Our EMTs are equipped with all the necessary supplies to care and treat any injury or illness that may occur at your event. Depending on your needs, we can remain stationed at the Medical Aid Station or go out on patrol. In the event anyone is needed to be transported by ambulance to the hospital our staff would contact 911.

EMT- Medical Stand-By w/ Mobile Response Vehicle

You will get everything you see above as well as the EMT will have a vehicle to transport themselves to increase response time.  We have either Segways or ATV’s available depending on the event coordinator’s needs & the event’s location.  Our staff will work closely with the event staff to provide exactly what is needed to their event.

Mini Ambulance

Our mini ambulances are staffed by 2 EMT’s & have virtually all the same supplies & equipment a full size ambulance would.  It is equipped with a gurney, AED, Trauma supplies, basic bandaging supplies, cervical spine immobilization equipment & much more.  We have gas powered as well as electric mini ambulances.  Our gas powered mini ambulances have 4×4 capabilities.

Athletic Trainer 1

Athletic trainer for your Sporting Event. All of our Athletic trainers have a Bachelors Degree and are Certifed. ATC’s (Athletic Trainer Certified) are equipped with a table, taping supplies, as well as everything you get with the EMT. Since an EMT’s scope of practice does not allow them to tape players, you may desire to hire an ATC over an EMT.

Ambulance Stand-By

2 EMTs to staff an ambulance. Ambulances are equipped with everything required by State Regulations. Unlike the EMT-Medical Stand-By, this option gives you the option to transport the patient right away instead of calling 911 and awaiting an ambulance. Also, it gives all participants at your event a good feeling that you have all their medical needs covered in case anything were to happen.

Mobile Response Unit

The Mobile Response Unit is equipped with 1 EMT to staff a Mobile Response Unit SUV, it’s supplies are very simular to the supplies you would have on an ambulance. The main difference is that we could only treat a patient not transport a patient. Therefore, if we needed to transport a patient then we would contact 911.

Ambulance Stand-By

We can offer the Event either a BLS (Basic Life Support) Ambulance or ALS (Advanced Life Support) Ambulance depending on the event’s needs.  The BLS Ambulance is staffed by 2 EMT’s & the ALS Ambulance is staffed with either 2 Paramedic’s or 1 Paramedic & 1 EMT.  All supplies used are inclusive in the cost of having the ambulance Stand By at your event.
